What kind of gear will I get in my delivery?

Because you love a mystery and are forever searching for what’s next our science experts have carefully chosen t‑shirts, socks, hats, travel mugs and more to be shipped to you every other month … guaranteeing you’ll get noticed in your lab.

How does the box subscription work?

It’s easy. Begin by filling out your mySciGear™ profile and tell us what you like, who you are as scientist and how you spend your time in and out of the lab. Behind the scenes we’ll work on selecting items that match your lifestyle.

How will I be billed?

If you choose to subscribe to our MySciGear™ Box Subscription you will be billed on or about the 15th of the month prior to your scheduled delivery date. You will pay ($24.95*) per box. We will send you an email confirming that your credit card has been charged and other details about your upcoming box delivery.

*Shipping and taxes are NOT included. All prices in United States Dollars (USD)

Is my box subscription auto-renewed?

Yes, we’ll continue to deliver your MySciGear™ Box Subscription unless you decide to cancel your upcoming deliveries. There’s no minimum commitment, so you’re welcome to cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our MySciGear Customer Service team.

How do I cancel my subscription delivery?

Canceling your MySciGear™ Box Subscription will only result by you contacting our MySciGear™ Customer Service team 15-business days prior to the next scheduled box subscription shipment date. Orders that have shipped or have already been processed cannot be canceled. To start your cancellation, contact our MySciGear™ Customer Service team who will be happy to assist you with your cancellation: email us. Please allow 24–48 hours for a response. When will my product(s) ship?

mySciGear™ merchandise will be shipped within 2-10 business days once payment has been processed.

When will my product(s) &/or box subscription ship?

mySciGear™ boxes are shipped 1st of every even month. New orders placed by the 15th of the month prior to scheduled shipment dates will be fulfilled. Orders placed on or after the 16th of the month will be shipped on the next shipment cycle.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship anywhere in the USA.

What is my shipping cost?

We ship to all 50 USA states. Our flat-rate shipping and handling fees apply regardless of order size or weight. In some cases, the flat-rate charge may exceed actual shipping costs.

What if something doesn’t fit me?

mySciGear™ apparel sizes are based on manufactured product sizes. Quantities are limited, so please refer to our size chart to determine your correct size. If you need to change your profile size for future orders, please contact our MySciGear Customer Service Department.

How do I update my profile?

If you’re already logged in, you’ll see a “My Account” link in the upper right, follow that link to update your profile.

If you’re not logged in, the link in the upper right will say “Log In.”

Once you log in you’ll be redirected to your “My Account” page, where you can update your address information, payment methods and account details.

f you have a subscription and would like to change the t‑shirt size/style &/or change your answers to the lifestyle questions you answered when you signed up, go to “My Subscription” from your “My Account” page. There you will see information about your subscription and a button to “Change Box Type.” Click that, and you’ll be able to change your t‑shirt size/style and re-answer the lifestyle questions.questions.

What’s my return policy?

All orders are final and are not refundable unless damaged.  Sizes are shipped based on your personal profile. If you received a wrong item or size due to our mistake, a refund will be processed within 2-3 business days.  Please contact our MySciGear Customer Service Department.

What if my order is delivered damaged?

MySciGear™ Customer Service Department is available to assist you should a problem arise with your order.  Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt and notify us promptly of any damages or discrepancies.  We will do our best to replace any damaged item(s). Due to limited quantities available we may elect to refund you for the full product or entire box cost if we cannot replace the item(s) that were damaged.  Email us
