The Biggest Award in Science
The Nobel Prize – has a story behind its famous name. Alfred Nobel was a Swedish chemist, inventor, engineer and philanthropist who held over 350 patents, including his most famous invention: dynamite. But he didn’t want to be known just for making explosives, so Alfred used his fortune to create the Nobel Prize where outstanding scientists, engineers, physicists, doctors and peacemakers could be recognized for their amazing discoveries.
Science is a Nobel cause. What are you best recognized for in the lab?
